IIUM-Materials Lecture Competition (IIUM MLC) 2023 will be organized virtually on 5th July 2023 to select a winner and to represent IIUM to MLC 2023. The competition is open to all postgraduate students (below 28 years old) who want to showcase their innovative materials research. The semi-final and final round of National MLC 2023 will be organized virtually by the School of Graduate Studies, University Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), where the winner will represent Malaysia and compete at the Young Persons’ World Lecture Competition (YPWLC) organized by IOM3 UK in November 2023.

Rules & Eligibility
• IIUM Postgraduate students
• 28 years old or under on 1st June 2023.
• Deadline for registration and video submission is on 30th June 2023
• The duration of the video must be longer than 12 mins but less than 15 mins.
