The day began early at 7:30 AM, with participants gathering at the Main Stair, IIUM, before departing for the scenic Sungai Congkak campsite. Upon arrival at 9:00 AM, the participants were welcomed with a hearty breakfast and divided into four dynamic teams to kickstart the day’s activities.
The ice-breaking session set an energetic tone, breaking barriers and building camaraderie among participants. Following this, a lively senam robik session invigorated everyone, preparing them for the day’s series of exciting challenges.
The first game, “The Pop Phenomenon,” tested the agility of every team member while trying to break other teams’ balloons. By 11:30 AM, everyone enjoyed a delicious Nasi Lemak breakfast generously sponsored by Dr. Munirah.
The second game, “Fluid Dynamics Defense,” challenged participants to defend themselves from water balloons in a competitive yet fun environment. Then, during the lunch break, participant are given time to rest, pray, and refuel before the next agenda.
The afternoon resumed with the third activity, “The Engineering’s Trials,” which featured five obstacle activities, with each team racing to finish all obstacles first to become the winner. The final game, “The Feedback Loop,” emphasized communication and strategy, wrapping up the eventful day with a collaborative spirit.
The program concluded with a heartfelt closing ceremony at 4:30 PM, where participants and committee members shared reflections on the day’s achievements and memorable moments. A special gift session was held to honor the best-performing team, presented by our dedicated Programme Manager, Brother Faiz. After performing the Asr prayer, the group departed at 5:30 PM, marking the end of an enriching day, and arrived safely back at IIUM by 6:30 PM.
