The purpose of this visit is for UI to benchmark CHES Postgraduate (PG) program as for Master of Bioprocess Engineering in UI. The Department also take this opportunity to simultaneously perform Undergraduate (UG) benchmarking and we were honored that they are willing to accept our request in Benchmarking UI’s Undergraduate Programme. UI delegate was led by Dr. Tania Surya Utami, S.T., M.T., (Head of Bioprocess Engineering Study Program), and joined by academics of Department of Chemical Engineering, Dr. Kenny Lischer, S.T., M.T., Dr. lbnu Maulana Hidayatullah, S.T., M.T., Dr Fatimah Azizah Riyadi, B.Eng., M.Sc., Ph.D., (IIUM alumni) and Auzan Luthfi Laksono.

It’s interesting to learn that UI has dual degree program for Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Bachelor of Bioprocess Engineering, in collaboration with several overseas institutions. UI UG Programme includes nine elective courses, which could be taken in another university for credit transfer.

The event proceeded with presentation gift exchanged ceremony, which include handmade product from BPMERU (organic scented candle) and a KOE flagship (kelulut soap).
