The programme served as a platform to bridge academic learning with industry expectations, allowing students to gain meaningful insights from experienced professionals who once walked the same academic journey.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The session featured three distinguished alumni speakers from diverse sectors within the engineering industry. Mr. Muhammad Amir Izzuddin Yuraselan, currently serving as a Civil and Structural (C&amp;S) Engineer at Tech Edger Consult (M) Sdn. Bhd., shared his professional experiences in consultancy, highlighting key technical competencies, project involvement, and the importance of continuous learning in design practice. Mr. Muhammad Khalid Ramli, a Project Engineer at Sunway Paving Solutions Sdn. Bhd., provided valuable perspectives on project execution, site coordination, and the challenges of managing infrastructure works within tight timelines and quality requirements. Meanwhile, Mr. Mazrie Mazlan, a Site Engineer from PCI Teamworks Sdn. Bhd., offered practical insights into site operations, construction management, and the realities of working in a fast-paced engineering environment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The session, themed <em>Career Insight<\/em>, covered a wide range of topics including career readiness, industry expectations, technical skill development, and professional growth. The speakers also emphasized the importance of soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and adaptability, which are essential for success in the engineering profession. Students were given the opportunity to engage directly with the speakers through an interactive question-and-answer session, enabling them to seek advice and clarification on career-related matters.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, the Alumni Sharing Session was highly beneficial in inspiring and preparing students for their future careers.
