It aimed to promote government transparency, encourage public participation, and share ideas and knowledge. These students, both undergraduate and postgraduate, managed IIUM&#8217;s booth, which featured two simple, hands-on experiments: a volcano experiment and a lava lamp demonstration. Using everyday ingredients like vinegar and baking soda, the students showed how chemical reactions can be fun and easy to understand. The experiments highlighted concepts like acid-base reactions, endothermic and exothermic processes, making chemistry accessible to everyone.<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.24.0&#8243; By offering a hands-on experience, IIUM\u2019s team successfully engaged the public and showed how science can be both exciting and educational.
