This program has been\ndivided into two sessions to limit the number of students for face to face\nactivities following the SOPs outlined by MOE and MKN. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this programme, the students have\nbeen introduced with Module 2: Fabrication of biodegradable plastics from\nstarch led by Sr. Nur&#8217;Aishah binti Ahmad Shahrim from\nAMSERU and Module 3: Making soap from used cooking oil, led by Dr. Maisarah\nTajuddin from Green Waste Selangor (GWS). During the demonstrations and\nworkshops, the students were divided into group of 3 and assisted by\nfacilitators from AMSERU members and volunteers from MMESA. In conjunction with\nthese modules, the students had executed the experiments; fabricate the\nbiodegradable plastics and soaps. After the experiments, fun quiz activity was done,\nand the 4 best results were chosen as the winners.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We do hope all of us will use more the\nbiodegradable plastics and manage well the used cooking oil instead of throwing\nit. Together we contribute to the sustainability of our environment and\nplanet.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Congratulations to all winners and all students who actively participated the program.
